Right now you might not have loads of cocktail ingredients at home, you might not even be able to get the ingredients you want in the supermarket. So I’ve compiled a list of 3 ingredient cocktails that you can make at home.
Daiquiri
Quick, fresh and always delicious. Once the sunshine comes out, so do the Daiquiris. Once you’ve mastered this recipe, you can experiment with variations. Personally I love a Pineapple Daiquiri.
50ml White Rum
Juice of half a lime
15ml Sugar syrup
Shake the ingredients over ice and strain into a stemmed glass.
Negroni
Although the 3 ingredients in this cocktail are all alcohol, they’re staples that are essential to a home bar. You can find my favourite Negroni Recipe here.

Manhattan
There are many variations of this classic cocktail. Whether you like is Dry, Sweet or Perfect this is a sophisticated drink to be enjoyed in the evening. This recipe is for a Sweet Manhattan.

50ml Whisky
25ml Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Chill a mixing jug with ice and strain off any excess water. Add all your ingredients (bitters first) and stir until chilled. Strain into a stemmed glass and garnish with a cherry.
Espresso Martini
A brilliant pick me up and surprisingly easy to make.
40ml Vodka
30ml Espresso
15ml Coffee Liqueur
Shake all the ingredients over ice. Really go for it to get that frothy top! You might want to add a dash of sugar depending on how sweet you like your cocktails. Strain into a stemmed glass and garnish with coffee beans.
Aperol Spritz
Yes, this is a 3 ingredient cocktail! Serve with brunch on the weekend. I recommend making each glass when you want it, rather than batching it in a jug to keep it nice and fizzy.

50ml Aperol
50ml Prosecco
Splash of soda
Add all the ingredients to a wine glass with ice. Give a little stir to combine and garnish with a slice of orange.
