A White Russian is my favourite drink right now. I love to make it after dinner to give me that sweet sugar rush I crave. But I also am trying to be more vegan, so I switched out the non-vegan ingredient for a vegan alternative! I find this version far more indulgent and a little more creamy.

Equipment
This recipe is super simple, so you hardly need any equipment at all.
Rocks Glass
(Yeah it’s a short list)
Ingredients
25ml Vodka
25ml Coffee Liqueur (Here’s my recipe to make your own)
25ml Oatly Drink Barista Edition
Ice (I quite like to use a big block of ice, but cubes will also work)

Method
Load your rocks glass up with ice. Pour in all your ingredients. If you want a cool swirly effect, pour in your coffee liqueur last.
And you’re done! You’ve just made your own Vegan White Russian.
